First thing start out slow, I took a whole tab and my brain couldn’t turn off at all for about 24hrs. I felt as if I hadn’t slept but had lots of energy. Also one reviewer said he had great oxygen to his lungs, that is correct, another her reviewer said they could just nibble a piece off and that was enough for them, that also is correct. This is a great product so much so I might have to horde it. Find your sweet spot in the dosage and May energy be your friend.

Runs out too much and takes too long to replenish

It's hard to get octacosanol these days. I've been using it for decades, with excellent results. It has given me increased stamina in my workouts and in general.I'm very happy with this company: quick delivery, and great quality. Terrific brand of octacosanol!

This is a good, effective octacosanol product. It works. Several other suppliers have stopped making it. Unfortunately, most people--including those involved in nutrition, and bodywork--don't know its unique value in maintaining skeletal integrity and overall health.

I discovered a couple decades ago that this stuff gives me better hand-eye coordination. But I don't need a large dose for it to do that. I just need a little nibble off the pill. I play a lot of bullet chess online and accidentally putting a piece on a square you did not intend...well...things are unlikely to end well. I still make mouse slips...just nowhere near as many. This stuff is absolutely worth it to me.
