This is not your flimsy dollar store sword that will bend at first strike. These are VERY solid plastic. Which, in terms of quality, is great… but if your kids don’t have self restraint and you’re getting one for each of them, expecting that they will “play fight” they can seriously be injured (not cut like a sword OBVI- but a black eye maybe?) if struck with one of these hard enough. My kids learned that the hard way and now they know to just spar.

The sword was a Christmas present for my 9 years nephew. Like most children his age, he can't get enough of Minecraft so when I seen this sword I knew I had to get it for him. Upon receiving the sword two things was very clear, the box was a lot larger than I expected and for its size, the box was extremely light. After opening the box and seeing the sword was almost as big as the box, this caused concern for how well the sword was made. All of this was put to rest after my nephew took the sword out of the packaging and started playing with it. For its weight, the sword appears to be very well made but only time will tell. I would recommend this product for anyone with a child that loves Minecraft, it was well worth what I paid for it to see my nephew playing with it 8 - 10 hours after he got it. Because he typically doesn't play with anything longer than an hour before going back to the switch.

My kids love this Minecraft sword!

Really cool looking, and a good size for teens and kids. I've had it for over a year, and it only has a few paint scratches nothing too big. Will definitely hurt if you get wacked with it, so consider yourself warned if you're planning on giving it to a toddler.
