I bought this hoping my thyroid levels would even out and I could get off the methimazole. I have been taking it for 3 months so I'm going to continue. My selenium levels after a month were high/normal so I now take it every other day. I will say that is has helped my hair a lot.

I’m very unsure about this product. I bought this because I thought it would help with Hashimotos. I read the Hashimotos Protocol book that recommended this. However, the bottle smells of mildew and the pills take like mildew so I can’t make myself continue to take them. I’m not sure if this is normal or not.
