We have a number of feral cats in our neighborhood. My neighbor next door continues to feed them despite my requests to stop because of multiple issues. One being, they were wandering around outside my home spraying for territorial purposes. It got to be a huge problem and I hate that smell so I was cleaning up after them everyday. It got to be cumbersome so I purchased this device. I am happy to report that it has helped tremendously, along with a sssscat device, to eliminate the problem. I no longer have to open my front door and smell cat spray lingering around the outside of my home. It works great and I am definitely a happy customer.

I had a lot of stray cats in the neighborhood that would come to my front yard, ruin my plants, come to the front door and scratch on the mat. I tried other remedies that wouldn’t hurt the cat such as different essential oils but it didn’t work. This helped a lot. It’s nice in the summer when there is a lot of light. In the winter, you may have to take it inside and charge it. Excellent for stray cats.

When this is charged and working, it seems to deter dogs from doing their business in my yard. However, the solar doesn't not work and I have to bring it in every couple of days to charge it with the usb adapter.Also note - the audio is detectable on setting 1. Also not clear if the red light is supposed to continuously glow - or that's a defect. Might also explain why it discharges quickly.Bottom line - it seems to deter dogs, when it operates. Getting it to reliably operate is the problem.

I purchased this in order to keep stray cats away from our outdoor furniture. It was super simple to set up and have not had cat problems since. The best part is the solar powered system so no real upkeep cost. I don't think it can distinguish humans from cats so the high pitch beep also goes off when we're outside. Quick simple fix it to turn dial off when outdoor is in used and turn it back to cat frequency when we're done.

Should have bought this product first! Wasted too much money on products that didn't work on cats. First day of installing, observed cat run away!

I’ve noticed that over time it has become a deterrent to the cats that roam near my house from jumping onto my car. I’d recommend grabbing this device if you have a similar issue!
