Instructions on the booklet are easy to follow and it provides a step by step guide on how to use.You do have to download an app for it, but it’s super easy to follow. You just have to follow instructions.The pictures are automatically organized by month and year, and it lets you know how many gb you have used and have left categorizing them by whatever files you upload.For some reason mine stopped working after a certain amount of pictures were uploaded and the videos were very glitchy.I really liked the product so I wanted to give it another chance and asked for an exchange. Hopefully this one doesn’t have issues.Over all, the product does what it says.Update:I received the replacement and it’s the same thing. I tried uploading via PC and now the flash drive says I have less storage than before (999-7xx)I’m very disappointed

It's worthless
I tried several times to copy my photo, music, and video folders from my laptop to this flash drive. It took hours. Then, when I open the picture folder, for example, it says "folder is empty."A waste of money!

Best thumb drive deal I've had yet. And it plugs into an iPhone or Android.
I bought 5 of these. One for me and 4 for a customer whose family all have iPhones. Phones back up to iCloud but having this is extra protection. It also lets me plug into a PC or Mac to view contacts and pictures offline. Get yours for peace of mind. It is a great deal.
