I ordered the 12in wide (set of 6). Love the fact that these are very reflective (comparing to the most popular sign on Amazon which I've had for 3 months now - using on another vehicle when needed). Because my daughter's vehicle's backgate is aluminum, I have to do some extra steps. These magnetic signs firmly stick to two galvanized-steel sheets adhered strongly (but removable) to weatherproof & heavy duty double sided tape (which adhere to the rear window) - all of which are also ordered from Amazon (need to cut to size & file to smooth the edges - took about 30min to complete). Overall & so far, I am happy with the choice I made. Would recommend. P.S. Before buying these, I recommend using a refrigerator magnet to test your vehicle's body. Many later vehicles today (especially the rear body) use materials other than traditional steel. It's very unfair to hurt other people's business with wrongful feedbacks/reviews when you yourself fail to check the compatibility before you make a purchase. Also, these signs have performed well on my daughter's vehicle in 94F Colorado summer heat WITHOUT hurting the vehicle's paint nor warping. So that one review showing damaged paint needs to be examined, ie. original paint?, some other unique reason?, etc.

The signs stuck to the car very well; missed taking one off & it rained during the night & it was still attached to the car. Glad I purchased them because I can tell it puts other drivers a lil more at ease as my grandson learns to drive!😊

Highly reflective, good visibility, magnet is so-so. One of the signs fell off at highway speed, the others are bent a bit and don’t stick too well anymore ( after about 5 weeks of use). Will do the job for around town.. ..that being said, we’ve noticed that a lot of other drivers seem to understand this sign as an invite to tailgate and harass, in particular at night. Would be great if people would remember how nervous they were when they started and cut the learners some slack

This works really well, you dont need to stick it to your car. Just put it wherever you want, and thats it!

So these are not that big. 12x3. The letters make use of all available space. To supplement these I bought two 12x6 signs, which have bigger letters but are not reflective and not as cool as these. So our car has 5 magnets, and my daughter first didn't like it, but seeing how much nicer people are to her while she is driving, makes her want to use them :) And boy are these reflective!! At night and during the day also, you can see the bright stripe of greenish yellow far away. The letters kind of blur together if you get far enough though. What I really like about them is that no amount of rain does anything to them. We do take care to take them off the car and put them on the seats to dry every time they get exposed to rain. They are flexible and maybe that is why they never warp. The top layer is some sort of honeycomb high-tech flexible material. And the bottom magnet is not rigid, but also very flexible. Also, we don't keep them on the car unless the student driver is actually driving. So, the paint damage, that one person posted, is really probably because they kept it on the car night and day, rain or shine. These are good magnetic signs, I recommend them. Five stars well deserved. Good buy.

These are perfect! They have a strong magnet, hey didn’t scratch our car at all, and the size of these are big enough that I would think everyone could see/read them with ease. I think that these are also great because they reflect light, so they are very visible at night time also. I put one on the drives door, passenger door and the back on the back part of he trunk, I have a Honda Accord Coupe that’s black so these really stand out like I wanted them too. I think these are perfect for someone that is trying to teach a person to drive, no matter what age they are. It makes the person learning feel a little bit more comfortable knowing that people around them understand that they are learn8ng to drive, and I’m sure it helps the people around them also feel a little more comfortable knowing that they are “around” a person that’s learning to drive.
