I recently purchased this head massager. Overall, it works well and provides a relaxing massage experience. The design is comfortable and easy to use. However, I noticed that when I apply a little pressure, the motor slows down significantly. The performance could be improved by providing a stronger motor that maintains consistent speed under pressure. Despite this issue, the product is useful and does its job reasonably well. Light weight and easy to use scalp massager, really helpful in oiling and relieving headache

I’ve been using the Caresmith Head Massager and overall my experience has been quite positive. The operation is smooth and relaxing—it really helps relieve stress after a long day. Initially, I faced an issue as the device stopped working after about 3 months. However, the after-sales service impressed me. The team responded well and replaced the product without much hassle. The new unit has been working perfectly for the past 5 months, with no issues so far. So while there was an early problem, the good service support and performance make it a worthwhile product in my opinion.

Battery is good. At this price it could have been better.

It worked fine the first day we got it, i tried it on my shoulders for 30 mins. After the battery ran out, been trying to charge it for 3 days but it just doesnt take charge.

Setting up to 30+ but felt it still is not strong enough. But i guess it’s a good starter massage gun. Good weight.

After buying it, we used it 3 times and it stopped working and charging.
