I bought this, during a 6.0 rebuild and did not want to spend that much money on a full fuel return system, but assist in the 6.0 dead head problem.Previous reviews discuss fuel leaking issues. Being stubborn as I am, I said no way that will happen because...Well, many miles on the new motor and these installed from the start, I have had ZERO leaks. I installed the new banjo bolts in the front of the heads and the banjos that came with this kit on the rear, with this kit. I used Teflon tape on all threaded joints, I went ham with the tape.Each opinion being right, wrong or indifferent, these have worked for me and FORSCAN results show a better running truck.My rebuild dealt with needle bearings from one of Navistar’s not so famous but devastating pushrod issue.These braided lines are a bit too long, to be honest and must be wrapped to prevent any rubbing through.I recommend this product for piece of mind.

The copper washers that came with my kit are too big.. glad I caught this before I installed them.. quick trip to NAPA for the correct crush washer and i was all set. I also ordered the high flow banjo bolts at the same time and those have the correct copper washers ..

Good luck pugging in and unplugging the IPR pigtail after this install
Not sure how well this works yet. It does fit my 2003 Ford 6.0, however, leaves almost no room for the IPR Pigtail. I was just barely able to get my pigtail plugged in. Not looking forward to dealing with that again in the future. Seems like this could’ve been designed with a little more thought put into it.

Fits great... need to remove the up tubes... Might be able to sneak it around? But I did them together
This is a great product, it's a strong simple design that is effective in what it does... Just not sure why the hose is so long but I looped it around my high pressure pump so it sits underneath the turbo flawlessly...

Great product
Banjo bolts are ultra high flow compared to competitors banjo bolts. Hose is long but should be good to adapt to a regulator.
