** Update: I did end up altering this into a bracelet & still luv it. I've worn it in the shower & the pool, & it is still the same, bright sparkly gold! No fading, darkening, or dulling! Highly recommend!! 👍🏼I was going to tinker with this & turn it into a bracelet, but I changed my mind after seeing this in person. It is really pretty & looks great as an ankle bracelet! It feels like a heavy bracelet on my ankle (not cheap & lightweight), so I am hoping this is really genuine & won't darken or change colors on me. It's quite shiny when the light hits it & I'm a converted ankle bracelet wearer now!

I wore this for 2 days to make it was comfortable and worth the buy. I must say, it has been years since I have actually worn an anklet and this one is really comfortable. I have worn anklets that has scratched my ankle before based on how it was made, but this was a perfect fit. It's gold filled so it should never tarnish. It's beautiful. On the first day I wore it my girl friends gave me so many compliments on how beautiful and lovely it looks.
