I think you can. May have to pay a restocking fee. One of the Pickleball online stores have a program where you can demo paddles. I did that.

This paddle has technology (kinetic) that helps "reduce vibration". Nothing "helps Tennis elbow" besides rest, ice and or surgery.

Hi there! Great question, the sounds you are hearing from inside the paddle are very normal. Prokennex uses tungsten beads inside their paddles to absorb vibration and improve stability which you will hear if you shake the paddle.

Q: Hi, can this paddle work with double handed backhand?

It's possible but you could be cutting it close. Typically we'd say any paddle with a handle length of 5-1/4" or longer would be suitable for double-handed backhands, and with the Pro Flight handle at 5" long, you may be a bit pressed for space.
