Called the Workz Co. to purchase a new battery for my Workz trimmer they said they no longer back them for my particular model. It was either throw it out or try to find s co. that carries them. I tried looking it up on Amazon & sure enough they had them. Purchased two new batteries & now it’s like I have a new garden trimmer.

It's cheaper that lithium ion and new tools for them. These are half the price they where when they first came out. To me it holds a long running time for my trimmer. They only down side if you concerned about the weight of the battery. Lithium's are lighter. But for me weight it's bad at all can barely notice a difference. I have a lot off the all type of worx tools use this type of battery. Tools work grate still but them 2014 batteries didn't hold a charge. These hold a charge like new ones but longer due to a bigger battery. Will buy two more. For the other tools.

I found these batteries fit my original Worx charger just fine. They do require I recharge them after every use. I use them in a hedge trimmer and a leaf blower but, to be honest, I don’t remember how long these devices ran with the original batteries. This may just be normal. These tools are old as is the battery technology powering them. Either way, I’m satisfied. They run long enough to get my jobs done and that’s all that matters. They’re a great value because they saved me from buying more tools… that probably use completely different batteries from those I already have. I already have three different charger types. I don’t want another.

these are my second replacement battery packs for my string trimmer. Work as well or better than the OEM battery packs, based on about 4 uses. Feels like a new trimmer!

These batteries would work but I can’t find a charger for them! Why would you see rechargeable batteries but you can’t buy a charger to recharge them!

Works great and lasts a long time.

I needed some new WORX 18v battery as my old ones were losing charge. WORX does not sell these anymore as they have moved on to the Lithium battery types. Now I have some new batteries that have allowed me to use my older WORX garden tools without worry that there are no more of these types of batteries. Work as good as my old batteries and look just like the old version with just the same charge and battery life. With two, I can use one and have spare ready to go since the old ones charge but don't hold the charge like they use to. Hope that these are always available as the new ones begin to lose charge.
