So I read the good and bad reviews but bought it anyways - The people with the bad vibrations have not taken the Transit bolts AND MOUNTS out - the bolts come out easy but the rubber bungs are hard to remove so people leave them in and causes no end of vibration issues.Just did a full load of cotton towels on 1400 spin - The machine was as still and quiet as a mouse. Perfection.The huge door opening is great, as is the light, the instant door release on drum stop is lovely. Really like the pause cycle open door throw in dropped sock, press play carry on.Huge screen with timer - remote control via app - also says "cycle finished" via a pop up.Machine "chimes" can be on or off. So all in all - take the transit bolts out and enjoy a well made machine. PS the door IS NOT flimsy - huge metal hinge and decent plastic housing.Time will tell if it lasts, but then again what lasts in this day n age not even a £1000 iphone!

Nice machine build, smart appearance and plenty of drying options for all fabrics. Very easy to empty water reservoir built into the drawer compartment and an easy access lint collector at the front of the drum. I'm still getting used to all the different programmes but overall am very pleased with my purchase. It does take a lot longer to dry items than a standard machine but have noticed it is still very economical to run. Some programmes say it will take 4.5 hours to dry but the longest I have experienced so far is between 2 to 2.5 hours. It is slightly louder than I expected it to be when running but is still a lot quieter than most conventional tumble dryers.

Bought after some research and based on its efficiency. A little louder than expected and sometimes needs an added time. The app that connects it its very useful and allows to check for any unexpected faults or setting a different programme if needed (remotely). This is our first experience with the Haier brand and so far, so good.

Efficient, economical and beautiful.It dries well. Easy to access and empty water reservoir and lint trap. It’s not silent but not excessively loud either.Nothing to complain about other than delivery taking 2 weeks longer than advised. I got a bargain on prime deal days so I didn’t mind waiting a little longer for it to arrive.

The media could not be loaded. Very disappointed, washing machine looks great, but obviously quality is not so great, is making terrible noise on first use not even with half load.Door seems to be very bad quality as well, feels light and has quite big play and not perfectly closing. Asked for refund but the seller told me to contact Haier for diagnosis. I can't use the washing machine like this and i have already disposed the old one.

I don't generally write reviews, let alone a positive one. So impressed with my new washer. For comparison, my previous machine was an LG Direct Drive one. At 10 years old I was expecting it to pack in at any time. So when I saw this on offer on Prime Day I thought it was time to buy, rather than wait to buy in an emergency. Managed to sell my working old one too, so a bonus.An extra bonus is that until the end of the year, Haier are offering this machine with an extended parts and labour warranty of 5 years instead of the usual 2 years. This isn't clear on the Amazon listing, I happened upon it when researching the machine. You have to register it to qualify. All in all a no brainer for me.Practically, the machine is excellent, quick, quiet and efficient. A step up in all departments. The drum light is surprisingly useful, as is the app. Pairing my washing machine to my WiFi was something I never thought I'd be doing. 😂The customisation of the additional wash programmes in the app will also come in handy I'm sure. Extra rinses, spins etc.Whilst aware of the brand, I had no first hand knowledge before. It turns out they are a huge company and actually own the brands Hoover and Candy now too for the past 5 years or so.I took a chance on a Beko hear pump tumble dryer around 10 years ago when they were relatively unknown and it's been faultless. I'm hoping for a similar experience, but with a 5 year warranty I'm fairly relaxed about it. So far so good.I'd certainly recommend it.

Replaced the old Samsung (had it for over 7 years) with this one. Works brilliantly.I also think it uses less water than the old Samsung that we had.When drying it does not wrinkle the clothes. Very quiet except the obvious noise (not loud) of the water pumping into the machine and draining.The remote / app functionality is brilliant but useful but only if you have a very busy lifestyle.People complaining about the vibrations either did not balance the machine properly on the floor or were unlucky to have a defective piece.Have had this one for over a month now and it seems to be working as expected. In the long term…. Only time will tell.
