Too hard for physical therapy.
I thought this product would be a good option for my physical therapy for my left hand. If you are just recovering from an injury I would not suggest this product. The lightest one which is labelled 'Extra Soft' and should be a medium. It is too hard for physical therapy and will most likely cause you strain and further injury.Other than those complaints the size is good, they appear to be durable.
