I've been using the Knee Brace/sleeve for weeks now, as needed, and I'm impressed with its performance. As a regular runner, I've struggled with knee pain/discomfort and instability, especially on longer runs or during 5Ks where I over exert myself and lose form to make for better time. My right leg is barely functional due to a neurological issue, and my knee tends to hyperextend. To walk, I wear a full-length leg brace (KAFO, or knee-ankle-foot orthotic). To keep fit, I swim and do water aerobics, but obviously not with a five-pound KAFO that’s probably not water safe. So in the pool I’ve been using a $100 knee brace with lots of velcro and straps. I’d tried other knee sleeves, the kind you buy at the drug store, but they didn’t keep my knee in place or prevent hyperextension. Ordered one of these PowerLix sleeves based on the outstanding reviews and low price, just to see if I could get away with something more streamlined and less expensive than my swim brace. I’ve used it twice in the pool so far, and love it. Helps to keep my knee from hyperextending and provides enough support for light activity. And it’s much lighter and easier to clean. Am going to order another one to wear around the house while the first one is drying, so I don’t have to use the heavy KAFO when I’m just hanging around. I ordered a bit small and the compression seems to be just right. Update May 2020: As my leg has gotten stronger, the small knee brace was getting too tight so I ordered a medium. Just came today. It’s perfect; I’ll be ordering another. Will wear them around the house and eventually for swimming when my gym reopens. BTW, the small ones were badly abused by being dunked in chlorine twice weekly for hour-long workouts, and sometimes just barely rinsed afterward. They faded to greenish-black but are otherwise just fine and I’d still be wearing them if they still fit. Great product!

What i like about this product is that it really does help with my knee pain!! I like to squat and deadlift and it really does provide support. Only downfall about this product is that it can be very tight and cause pain so make sure you go up a size. I ordered a small, i believe medium would be good for me. I use it all the time when i go running and when i lift heavy. its a good product!! you won't be disappointed.

I love it! Love it! I have arthritis and this is just perfect. It is just the right length, doesn't slip unless sitting down, and it's so comfortable. Be sure to follow instructions for measurement. Remember, this is a unisex product so it's probably larger than a woman only product. I am petty thin and I ordered a small. Fits perfectly.

My daughter has had knee injuries since November from playing softball and volleyball. The doctor stopped her from any physical activity other than treatment. She has improved a bit due to physical therapy twice a week, along with meds, home exercises, cold compressions, cryo etc. She has been feeling anxious about not being able to get back on the field and asked me for a knee brace so I bought her two of these Powerlix braces. She has been wearing them for four days and she has expressed feeling much better. She can walk up the stairs without any pain and has started practicing at home again. Thank you so much for a great product! She is a slim 14 year old and the small fits her good, a bit tight but the instructions say it's supposed to be tight until it molds/wears in. The silicone gel strip at the top helps it stay on. The brace is thick enough to provide good support but thin enough to wear discreetly under leggings.

I purposely waited a while to review this brace because I have bought many knee braces in the past that seem great at first, but quickly lose performance. For me, this brace performs well and provides the support I need. I can definitely tell a difference when I do not wear my brace. Sizing- I am 5'5 and weigh 118 (thin build and bought a small. It does feel a little snug on my lower thigh so I fold it over. I think it feels tight because the clear silicone band that keeps brace from slipping pulls my skin. I don't want to size up to a med because I believe it may be too big and would not provide the compression I need. I am about to order another brace and will be back to order more at a later date.

Great support for troubled knees

Ottimo materiale, comodo e non scende perché fatto apposta. Nonostante non sia steccato dá un buon sostegno al ginocchio così riesce a sostituire il tutore in un po' di situazioni.

Sujeta muy bien la rodilla y no se escurre, la uso ya que tengo condromalacia rotuliana y para hacer deporte o ir al gimnasio me viene genial

Muy buen producto, me quedo muy bien, cuando salgo a correr me dolía la rodilla, con esto ya no tengo ningún problema, se ajusta muy bien, es fácil de poner y quitar, en la parte de arriba tiene un hule que ayuda a que no se resbale o se mueva de su lugar, me base en las medidas que salen en las imágenes y muy importante medir la pierna arriba de la rodilla como mencionan.
