Fransiton Waterfall Single Handle Bathroom Sink Faucet Black

10/10!!! These FRANSITON matte black waterfall faucets completely transformed every bathroom in my house. I replaced all of our old fixtures with these and they look absolutely stunning — modern, sleek, and far more expensive-looking than the price point. The waterfall flow adds such a high-end spa feel, and I’ve received so many compliments from guests already. The matte black finish is gorgeous and tied all of my bathroom upgrades together perfectly. Installation was straightforward, and I appreciated that the set included the deck plates and pop-up drains. Pros: beautiful modern design, elegant waterfall flow, sturdy feel, matte black finish looks high-end, complete set included, and excellent customer service. Cons: one set I initially received had an issue with the hot water not working properly, but the company replaced it promptly with zero hassle. Also, the matte black finish can show water spots if not wiped down occasionally. Overall, I absolutely love these faucets and would purchase them again in a heartbeat!

We love the look and function of these faucets. Check size. We found they were big for our spot and water comes out fast and our sinks are too shallow. Splash factor is a surprise for some people. Lol

The faucet arrived quickly and was well packaged. The quality of the materials and finish (black Matt) was better than I expected. It was sturdy and looked high end. Unfortunately, I wasn't a fan of the waterfall-style water stream. While it looked nice, I found it less practical for everyday use, so I replaced the faucet after a short time. It was actually too large for the sink I have. If you like the waterfall effect, this is a good-quality faucet, but it just wan't the right fit for my personal preference.

They look amazing what an upgrade to a 2008 house.... So then I bought a new light, then I bought a new towel bar, then I bought a new TP holder and toilet handle..... Yeah, it's that good.

Been installed for 5 months works great. However my sink isn’t that deep so you can’t turn it up all the way or the water will splash everywhere.

Beautiful faucet easy installation

Product works as described. Easy installation and very high water pressure/flow. I actually have to throttle back to keep the water from splashing out of the sink. Installed on 7/16/25 and the paint is peeling as if 9/25. I purchased 2 but only one is peeling. The company’s customer support is non existent. The website nor phone number work so buy with caution! Still trying to figure out my options. Update 11/04/25: Upon submission of my review, I was contacted by the company the next day. They expressed concern that the item did not meet their standards and immediately refunded the purchase price for the faucet. They even addressed the issue with the water pressure and sent me pressure limited water lines for all three faucets. Upon arrival, I replaced the lines on one faucet. The repair successfully lowered the water pressure but it caused the water to barely flow when switched to the hot side. The next step was a complete refund for all three faucets. The customer service dept was very easy to work with and responded quickly to all messages; however, the phone number and website will not connect you with them. I could only contact them from the message center. Maybe they will update their contact info on the site but you can buy with confidence that if you have an issue, they will try to correct it or will refund you.
