It is easy to assemble the battery is powerful and lasts about 40-50 miles, my only issue is when I 1st start riding everyday the motor can intermittently start and stop. It’s as if it needs time to warm up before it runs smoothly. The value for money I’d say is very good indeed and you won’t get a better bike for this money, in fact I’d say your pay more for a lesser bike.

Taken delivery of my Eskute Voyager , took about an hour to put it together ( should have taken less time , but I didn't read the manual until I'd finished haha ) This bike is breathtaking , fast , comfortable, looks great , great battery life . I've been riding pushbike a for well over 60 years , I find I can easily keep up with young riders . I honestly say I can't fault this amazing piece of kit . Someone had complained there is only a good quality front light but no rear light , however had they fitted the complimentary mudguards they would have found in the box along with the reflector a red button , this is either constant or flashing rear light . The disc brakes take a bit of bedding in . Pedal assist 7 gears shimano , 5 pedal assists , walk alongside function .A great competedly priced bike , find me one that's got more for the money , I can't . Brilliant

Did quite a bit of research before buying, pros & cons of wheel drive / crank drive etc. Didn't want to go mad spending £2.5k+ on a bike for the useage I would give it. After reading lots of reviews from various sources I went for this bike. Arrived 3 days early, exceptionally well packed, took 1/2 hr to assemble final bits (as i did mud guards etc. as well). Drive is nice an smooth and level 5 is virtually no peddling. Good build quality and looks fab as well. I'm 5'10 and it fits fine and with the low frame it will be easy for anyone shorter to ride. Great bike can't fault it for the money!! *UPDATE 25.02.22* after using a few times, the battery is over half gone after 6 miles. I have just emailed their support centre so let's see how good the after sales is!

Waited until I put some miles on it before leaving a review. This bike is an absolute steal at around £1000, does everything that a premium £2500 - £3000 bike will do. Battery is heavy duty and gives excellent boost. Ride is a little stiff - not sure I'd be doing any serious off-roading on it - and the bike is heavy in the middle / light at the front but that's the nature of the e-beast.Not being the most technical person, I fitted the front wheel and then took it to a bike shop for a "pre-delivery inspection", some Schwalbe Marathon+ tyres and had them fit the saddle I bought. That was about £150 VERY well spent. Only about 40kms on the clock but delighted with it so far. Chapeau ESKUTE.

The bike was delivered fast it looks great because its a hard tail its a bit uncomfortable the battery life iam shocked at I get 13 miles on level 3 and a bit on level 4 and needs charging contacted eskute and still waiting for a reply but its a good bike for the money

After an initial blip with the battery contacts being slightly mis-aligned, Eskute were incredibly supportive and helpful. The minor issue was remedied by a local company and Eskute paid for everything and reduced the item price about 10% for my inconvenience.Since then it has been in daily use and is superb. It is as good if not better than my friends bikes that retailed at over twice the price and has many features of a top of the range bike.Hopefully I wont have any issues with parts and servicing in the future but if I do I am confident the customer support team will do their best to help.

Well what can I say .Ordered 2 of these Monday morning they arrived Tuesday morning ! Great service Amazon. Got them both built last night. Having never ridden an electric bike before I was a bit apprehensive ! But I have to say both me and the wife were blown away this morning, If these are budget entry bikes why would you want to pay anymore for another make ? Obviously only time will tell with a few more miles , But first initial impression well done ESKUTE. If we need it we hope your after sales service matches your product ! I will report back after a few more miles on the clock, But so far 5 out of 5 for both Amazon & Eskute .

The light stopped working and the derailleur guard has fallen off. The power cuts out randomly. Done reset and checked connections
