I make a lot of cooked and baked items that call for whites and then I have the yolks leftover. Not anymore! Love this product!

Used these for years!
I've used these powdered egg whites for years. For some recipes I mix them in with the dry ingredients. They also beat very nicely into smooth, stiff peaks if you let the powder sit in the water for a few minutes before beating. Very convenient for macaroons which use a lot of egg whites--so I don't have to find a use for all those leftover egg yolks.
