Great product , did get an extension to the outlet hose, sturdy looking machine. Self explanatory set up, a few settings for preferences and its a dehumidifier aswell.

It worked for less than a year! There warranty is for 6 months ONLY! And it is not showing in the product details.This is one season AC "disposal AC".Buy something with longer warranty at least your are secured for 2 to 3 summer seasons.

It's a good appliance, does dehumidifier, fan and AC. Only negative point is that it's a noisy machine but it's a trade that I'm happy to do.

Purchased this aircon unit when it was half price but would definitely pay full price for this as it it amazing.Already have one unit but this I have to say is far superior to the one we currently have. Definitely worth every penny!!

This is worth every penny, I highly recommend buying this and even customer service is of high standard. During this heat wave this air con has been such a god send. So easy to set up and yes it may make noise but the night mode allows there to be less ‘ noise’ but either way it does not disturb u.If you have a child it’s equivalent to white noise !

Bought three ac units. Checked one , noisy motor and banging sound . Contacted third party seller. Wanted to return all three. Told to send video of all three before they would do anything . If the faulty ac was confirmed company said they would arrange collection . But not if the other two if they weren’t faulty . I had packed the faulty ac already . I didn’t want the hassle if unpacking and repacking all three to send a video . The units are heavy and well packaged . So I paid for return via dpd . Which was really easy and paid for insurance too . The company replied to my queries quickly . But would not refund part of the dpd cost for the faulty unit . Nor did they confirm if they would check the faulty unit . This is not a complaint , just beware the refund policy is not made clear until you rad the small print

The media could not be loaded. Last year, during mid-summer, I purchased the air-conditioning unit. We used it for approximately a month and found it unsatisfactory. However, when we connected the unit this year, we were disappointed to discover that it only blows warm air!!The company declined to help me because it had been more than six months.

This is an early review and I will update as/when summer arrives and it gets used in anger.This is 1 1000BTU unit and I wanted that as my prev 7000 unit struggled in summer last year.Positives so far- easy to unbox and setup- Small profile and looks nice- BIG display for us that are getting on in life :)- Seems quiet enough- Seems to get cold- Basic window fitting kit but I don't need it- The exhaust pipe is the bigger 15cm dia type which is s good sign airflow/cooling could be goodNegatives- Look at the picture and you can see that the actual cooling output is only half the front slatted area. I am sceptical this could achieve 1000BTU through that small gap. (gap is 14cm x 11cm). Other units I have had were the full width. Still this is my issue for not looking close enough and I will report back in Summer.
