It works great, I got the 7000ah adds a bit of weight to the phone, but having enough power to charge twice, its worth the weight and bulk and it's comfortable in your hand.You can charge both the case and the phone at the same time with one charger, cable or qiI'm completely satisfied

If you need a battery case to last 3 months this is it. If you plan on needing a case longer, it's not it. This is a scam. It doesn't wireless charge, never has, and it doesn't completely charge v your battery. There is no way it hits the rated capacity. It's junk. Wish i would have stuck with zerolemon

It does what it says. It charges your phone in the go, and you are able to fast charge the case itself. But there seems to be a trick. In order to be able to fast charge the case and phone at the same time, I have to drain some of the power banks power, then fast charging works. If the power bank in the case is fully charged it will NOT fast charge your phone. Also the biggest problem I have, in hinders your cell phone service. I have never experienced so many dead spots in my life. I deliver and use the phone all the time, but from time to time I get NO SERVICE. But as soon as I remove the case, bam!!! Service is back. It doesn't happen everywhere, but I has gotten somewhat annoying.

I originally ordered in July 2022. In less than 30 days the case stopped charging the itself and my phone. I was given a replacement item in August 2022. By the end of November 2022 the replacement charging case quit working as well, presenting the same issue. By that time I was not eligible for another replacement item. Amazon Customer service did what they could.I would not purchase this again and would not recommend it to anyone. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because while the case was working it worked well. I just don't think something like this should only last 1 to 3 months before it needs to be replaced. I had a Mophie charging case for my last phone and it lasted nearly 4 years.

The battery doubled the time I could use my phone without charging. However, I didn't really understand how it worked until using it. It doesn't charge until you press the button on the back. So, you let the phone's internal battery go down to about 15%, then you press the button and it charges back up from the battery. You can charge the s22 about 1.5 times on a single charge of the case. The cons...You need loose fitting pants if you want to put it into your pocket, and when it's charging it gets pretty warm. On the positive side, you have a pretty good hand-warmer for a December football game. It lasted about two years, but stopped charging suddenly. This isn't a complaint about the longevity as it was well used. Anyway, not long after it stopped charging, my phone had an unrelated problem and it also had to be 'put down.'

The battery pack is fully charged, bout won't charge my phone. (Yes, I turned it on, and yes, the charging bit is flly seated in the charging port of my phone.) No matter. WhatI try, it doesn't do anything--jus the four blue carge-indicator lights light up, but my phone isn't getting anything.

First off with the positives, the case is very practical, allowing me to go a full day of listening to music, playing taxing games like diablo and tft, watching videos, etc., without having to worry about finding a charger. I also appreciate that the case will charge as well when put on a wireless charger. The case is also pretty good with handling smaller screen-side impacts (sliding out of a pocket, falling off a desk, etc.)Which leads me to the negatives of this case, the first of which being that camera-side impacts could be a bit dicey, mainly because the lenses and housing stick out ever so slightly that if the phone were to hit the ground at the right angle, it could potentially damage them. The second negative is that because of the large battery, the case alone is rather heavy. Put the phone in it, and it's easily the heaviest phone I've had to carry around in my pocket, as well as the whole package taking up a much more noticeable space in said pocket. It's more of a nitpick, but I feel it should be pointed out. The third negative I have with with case is that it seems to negatively effect cell reception in more enclosed spaces compared to the case not being on the phone. It might be a personal nitpick, considering it only happens when I'm at work, but still. The fourth and final has to be the price. I paid 52 dollars for this case; easily the most I've ever spent. I understand the charger itself is what makes the case expensive, but in terms of protecting my phone, its easily not the best case I've ever had, considering I had to learn the hard way, calling back to the camera situation, as from a very short drop, I ended up getting a couple sizeable scratches. So if excellent protection is a must, I would have to pass on this case.However, despite the negatives I really like this case. I'm on my phone a lot, and it's nice to have that peace of mind that if my phone is about to die, all I have to do is press a button, and like magic, my phone can charge back to full after some time.
