Hey. I use pannier bags religiously. THIS IS NOT WATERPROOF. Do not buy this! This is built with suede, or similar. As you all know suede is not waterproof. AVOID.I type this after I checked my bags (from heavy rain) cycling in all day yesterday. This isn't worth £7.5 let alone £75. AVOID.
