I've only been using this headset for a few weeks now, solely for hands free calls. I've had no connection issues so far and I make approximately 1-2 hours of work calls a day, Monday to Friday, and perhaps an hour over the weekend. I'm not a heavy user. Nevertheless, I have found it to be precisely what I wanted. It is easy to quickly put on my ear, thanks to the flexible hook and the sound, although a touch tinny, can be heard clearly. I've asked about the mic and have been told that I am also clearly heard; my daughter couldn't tell the difference from a landline. The battery, after 7 days, is still at 80% but it drained soon after 40% which has since prompted me to recharge once-a-week. I can live with that. I only work 5 hours a day and I've found it light and comfortable on my ear for the entire period. The phone rings, I just click the side, once, to answer it and when the call is over, it's just one click to hang up. As for making calls, I just ask Siri and I'm connected. Life couldn't be easier. I'm yet to find a fault, but will update again if needed. (Update)... still working fine, with no issues at all, but I noticed the battery life did not show up on the iPhone, until today when I realised that a top right swipe and then touch the bluetooth icon with speaker (top right) and there it was, at 80% after 4 days use since the last recharge.

Great little device. Bought for work where I have a lot of client calls. It was super simple to connect via Bluetooth on my work laptop. The sound quality is great. People all hear me just fine (no reported fall in call sound quality). The only thing is that I’m not sure about is whether the battery lasts as long as it claims to. That said, I am able to get through a full day’s worth of phone calls (up to 5 calls a day varying in lengths). It’s easy to switch off and wear and connect when a call comes in. I did find it a bit finicky to try and find the perfect way to wear it on my ear though, but after some practice, it’s now become second nature. I would recommend this product for the price point, definitely! It’s also super handy that it comes in a little case with a charging cable.

I was replacing a 10 year old Jabra and while this one is twice as big as my old Jabra, it has 4 times the battery life, so that's a win. It feels robust and very, very comfortable in my ear. The ear loop is very soft so you barely feel it over your ear, and the bud fits perfectly into the ear itself. Once in you turn it on which is easy, it connects almost instantly. Then the volume rocker, mute button and disconnect/reconnect buttons are easily used without interfering with one another. The controls are perfectly laid out. The sound is great from it and people I speak to say the sound quality of my speech is excellent and they can't tell that I am using an ear piece, even when on the train. It comes complete with a USBC charging cable, 3 spare ear buds of varying types and sizes, and 2 spare ear hooks. In case you dislike the floppy silicone ear hooks there is also a rigid plastic type. There is also 2 soft ear plugs supplied. I'm not sure why these are supplied, to put in the other ear when you are listening to music? Everything comes complete in a small but tough little case with a miniature carabiner so you can clip it to a bag or whatever. For £20 this is an absolute steal and I don't doubt I will have this for a very long time.

Gave this to my sister for her birthday. She does not have Bluetooth in her car, so was delighted to be able to stay connected without being tempted to use her phone. She has reported that the comfort, sound quality, design, weight and battery life are all excellent.

This item is really bad - I bought 2 devices and 1 is totally faulty when I speak to someone with the bluetooth they cannot hear me nothing Because it's totally crackly and not clear and making funny noises for the other person

I bought this bluetooth headset because I drive as part of my job and quickly got fed up of office calling me when I was driving/working and having to park up/stop working to answer. It's made my worklife much easier. This headset does exactly what it says it will do, it's light and comfortable and stays in place pretty well (I do struggle a bit with taking face masks off without dislodging it, but that's all about the facemasks - without them, it stays in place well). It can be worn in either ear (although obviously, controls are then on opposite sides when you swap over). It's very easy to connect to phone, battery lasts me all day on a 12+ hour shift, and it recharges quickly. The sound quality for phonecalls and online such as YouTube is great (I've not used it for music, seems pointless in just one ear). Could have paid a lot more for most other marques, but very happy with this as it does the job well and was not expensive.

After few months of testing this product I have decided to drop a review. The headset works well most of the time, with clear sound and great battery life, up to 3 days if you talk constantly. However, people on the other end sometimes can’t hear me well or very low, and I have to restart the call. Also the noise cancellation cuts out occasionally, which can be frustrating.

Müzik dinlerken özellikle bass sesleri çok iyi veriyor (kanallı silikonda aynı randıman yok maalesef) iki hafta önce başka bir alışveriş platformundan bilindik marka, kancalı bir kulaklık almıştım, dış mekanda gelen sesi çok zayıf olduğu için iade etmiştim. bu kulaklığı alırken tereddütlerim vardı ama bir nevi kumar oynadım; sonuç çok güzel bir kulaklık. taşıma çantası, yedek ekipmanları ile iyi bir alışveriş oldu. bir başka olumlu yönü ise; siparişi verirken planlı teslim tarihinden 7 gün önce gelmesi oldu. alanlara hayırlı olsun, bu parayı hakediyor bence.
