This is probably the best multi-vitamin for sale right now. I know the individual who headed up the development of this product and he is very dedicated to the highest possible ingredient quality, right quantities and best processes to insure you put the best in your body. He has even recommended other brands when they put out an exceptional product that might be a little better than what they are offering in that category, at that moment. I have a lot of trust in him and the product. There are soooooo many products out there that are pure junk, even those that do some really convincing advertising. It's really sad what third party testing has shown in about 90% of the cases, sometime even worse. We have to be very careful what we put in our bodies. Start with LOTS of real food, starting with food without ingredient lists, especially ingredients other than the food.

I wasn’t sure I felt a difference… till I ran out. Normally I don’t notice anything from my vitrines but after not having them I noticed I was less focused and felt like I didn’t have as much energy. I feel like the quality is definitely better than most. It didn’t have any weird after taste either. Huge plus

So, not only do they not make sense to me being liposomal (because typically liposomal means the vitamins in a protected capsule with some sort of protective oil/etc and then encapsulated again outside of that in order to protect it all from your stomach acids and anything that would take away any part of the vitamins themselves until they can be fully absorbed and metabolized in the correct place at the correct time for the highest possible absorption and bioavailability) yet they are literally just normal capsules… plus they also have some discoloration in them which can be on purpose and can be caused by a single/specific ingredient… but to me it just makes them look even less trustworthy to me that they aren’t going bad or have some sort of problem.I also didn’t notice a single change nor any additional energy or benefit of any kind. Nor did I notice ANYTHING from the weeks of taking it OR from stopping it when it ran out. So, although they didn’t cause me any harm or anything bad (that was noticeable), they also didn’t do anything beneficial or helpful. Truthfully I don’t even trust them because they aren’t what liposomal supplements typically look like or come in, but also, they don’t even look right nor do ANYTHING!Unless I got a bad or expired bottle, they aren’t what they should be! They are not liposomal in any way!
