My daughter loves it
I got this book while looking for something good for her to read and this was a good choice it’s very good on the imagination it keeps her entertained and wanting to keep reading I do suggest to get the book that has 1-3 in it instead of buying each one separately, it saves you money so you can buy the rest separately.

Great book
The book is great and I’m excited for reading more of the series. I’m especially looking forward to the one on Cinderella. I think you could really improve with more trying. Keep it going.

My 5-year-old daughter has recently gotten into listening to me read chapter books. I found this series after reading another book by this author, Upside Magic (which we also enjoyed.) The premise of the series is a sister and brother duo that goes through a magic mirror and messes up a fairytale and then tries to fix it. Each book focuses on a different princess; this particular book is about Snow White. My daughter is really into princesses right now so the subject matter is perfect for her. It is also perfect for me as a parent because it puts a twist on stories that I have read to my daughter ad nauseam for 5 years. I also appreciate the personal growth that the characters experience. Snow White was never one of my favorite princesses because she was so helpless but this series seems to be aimed at creating more modern, self-reliant princesses. (We are halfway through book 2 about Cinderella and this continues to ring true.) My daughter is 5 and loves these even though she can't read them to herself. I think they would be just as enjoyable for an older child who is capable of reading on their own.

Awsome book!
I really wanted a book that had an adventure on every page. Guess what I found that in this book it made me feel happy at first then after that the adventure started. Not only does the character look like me but there are so many ways I relate to her: nasty little brother, two best friends and enemy, dog. There are so many wonderful things about "Whatever After" annd so many things can be in real life. In my opinion, this is one of the best books in the world and that is why I'm giving it five stars. By the way I am saving up my money to buy all her books and that is how great her books are. I plan to finish all of her books by the end of the year and I'm only nine years old! Whatever After books are awsome!!!!!

Cute, quick story for kids
Abby and Jonah move to a new town, which is hard for Abby to cope with. One day, she follows Jonah to the basement where the old owners left behind a creepy mirror...a creepy MAGIC mirror. They're accidently transported into Snow White's story and save her from the evil queen. But that stops the prince from saving her, and if he doesn't save her then they don't fall in love and live happily ever after. It's up to Abby and Jonah to fix it!This book is great for kids who enjoy fairytales/Disney movies and would foster an interest in reading their first chapter book as they get to read about familiar characters in a new way. The main character Abby wants to be a judge and loves justice, but she can be selfish at times. However, she does have character growth and learns to think of others needs as well as her owns. The brother sister dynamic between her and Jonah is realistic and portrayed well. There's also funny moments sprinkled throughout the narrative. It's a great book for kids who are just being introduced to chapter books.

I give this book at least four stars.
My review of this book was I love the series and all but the chapters and headlines seem to predictable which in my opinion makes it too easy to read. And also here you have a ten year old girl who is unhappy with the world just because she and her family had to move and she doesn't get her way. I mean what a spoiled brat. Many kids see how if their family has to move for better things they try to make the most of it. Not wallow in self annoyance oh I did not get my way in tag boo hoo I'm going to run away to some media room my life is so horrible that right their Sarah Mlynowski is how your character is portrayed in my head. As a brat.

Sooo clever and funny
Sooo clever. Had me laughing out loud many a time, and I'm way past kid's age...Love the whole tone of the book, one that I'm sure kids can easily identify with. A story full of twists and turns and funny events.Got it first from the library, but bought the Kindle version now as well to read to my husband on our next holiday.A great read; totally enjoyable.

Modern twist on a traditional tale
Lovely books for the 7-10 girl age range. A lovely, modern twist to a traditional tale. Will definitely be reading the rest of the series.

Fairytale with a modern twist
Book-5/5Delivery-5/5Quality-2/5The quality of the book is too bad for the 300+ rupees I spent. I could get hardcover for some books for that price. My 8 year old sister finished this book in less than a week. I've never seen her so hooked to a book. She reads Roald Dahl books but has never been this quick. So would recommend it :) But the availability of the book is bad in the Indian market..

Great book TOTALLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
Hi, I'm 10 and I love this book. I've read almost all of them. I also read some other of Sarah Mlynowiski's books. Great adventures as well. I'm also addicted to books and this is a great collection of books for kids. (Also I totally agree that little brothers don't listen.) Keep the books coming. Bye!
