Okay, now were talking! Smashbox Be Legendary is a whole different kind of animal. RICH, SEXY, VIBRANT COLORS! I had to buy the whole collection of colors. I absolutely recommend this product. It has it all! This is what you look for in a gloss... the staying power of a richly pigmented lipstick, moisturizers, an array of hues suitable for any skin tone, doesn't run off the lips and has the impact of boldness anyone would notice. So don't dawdle ladies. Get on Amazon to find your shade(s)! Some colors are cheaper than others depending on manufacturing dates. Totally recommend this product. And this particular color is called, "Brick Trick". Buy now! And be very picky about whom you are purchasing from. If Amazon has it, buy it! The company that sent this particular color to me is cool too.

It does apply very moist but after about 30 mins, it "sets"and lasts all day. I can eat with a fork as well as drink and it does not come off. It is dramatic and moisturizing

so first, this is NOT the formula that claims to be long lasting. That would be the "always on" matte and metalic ones. this is the "normal" formula. I need to say here that I wish so much to be a "gloss" person but am just not. they wear off super fast and end up smearing over my face. wind blows hair and it sticks, etc. I just never have luck. I LOVE this formula!! this actually does come in the gloss type and goes on like a pigmented gloss but wears like a creamy lipstick. its a tiny bit "tacky" feeling but about the same as a creamy lipstick vs a matte one. this is a bubblegum pink type color. I am blonde w/ fair skin and often find pinks are either too bright/neon, too 80's looking, or too light to wash me out. this is actually a super cute color. I would wear this to the beach, if wearing pink/purple/teal as far as color matching or with something that had no color (white shirt and jeans) to have some extra fun. it WILL need to be re applied as it DOES transfer to cups, straws, someone's cheek, etc. so I could not give a perfect 5. having that said, many of the formulas that DO last, have their own set of flaws (such as often being too drying or staining). and keep in mind the product does NOT claim to be long lasting. so it DOES live up to exactly what the product claims to be.***update***: well I had to take away a star here and just give 3. I wore this to the pool and just had a cup and straw that I was using. it got ALL over the straw but that's to be expected as said before. I spoke to a few friends and moved the cup back to my side after I took a sip and my friend pointed out I was getting lip gloss on my shirt! from the straw barely brushing past it. I've been wearing make up now for over 2 decades so usually don't get it all over myself! I noticed it was also on my fingers too somehow! yikes. I think this same color in a long lasting formula would be the way to go here. I re-applied just in the center where it had worn off and that is when it seemed to get really "goopy". During most activities I would be eating or drinking at least a little something at some point. and would need to re apply at some point too. I got another shade in this same brand/formula and am trying out today. could be just this color tends to goop as that does happen sometimes. but realistically after it got on my fingers, part of my face and my shirt, I think I would always be afraid to choose this color when leaving the house so will prob have to return.

Color was good and easy to apply. One thing though it did goop up on the applicator causing a bit of waste of the lipstick.

I love it and will definitely buy it again when this on will finish and I recommend it
