It is used for fudge making mostly. My son loves fudge so has decided to try making it. The first attempt didn't go quite right as we didn't have a proper thermometer now there is no stopping him.

The temperature function of this works as expected, unfortunately the clip to attach it to the side of your pot doesn’t hold it in place, so once you start getting to really high temperatures it can become tricky to monitor as it’ll fall over/in.It does work, but from a design perspective there’s room for improvement

I've not noticed any problems with this thermometer since I started using it. I've made gummies and cooked meats using it, and it works how you would expect. The clip is most useful for big pots, although you might be able to get away with using it on smaller ones. I tend to use it handheld as I tend to make smaller batches of gummies in smaller pots

Très facile à lire, s'adapte bien aux différentes bassines. Il fait fureur au pays des Marmelades et on les comprends ! 😉Pas de risque de voir s'effacer les graduations.

Stabil und zuverlässig, leicht zu reinigen! Design ist wie immer Geschmackssache, ich mag ja die Sachen von Tala gerne!

Utile (selon moi), en inox il semble solide, la graduation est précise (avec des repères pour la confiture par exemple), il comporte un crochet pour l'arrimer et peut se suspendre pour son rangement.Complet
