It’s the best bread flour ,creates the perfect Sour dough loaf,great for Pizza base,breads, bagels.,grateful to amazon for making it available,my Sour dough had just the right texture,it was not gummy,the crumb was fine, despite the fact that it was high hydration dough,I could shape it well.
