Quiets refrigerator compressors and computers
I purchased q Greenwave filter to quiet the compressor on my new refrigerator and it worked great. I purchased a second filter for my computer because my Bose speakers would make a static noise. The filter cleaned up the noise. In a nutshell, these filters work great.

Product is a scam, based on cleverly crafted marketing strategy
I purchased two filters to try. I previously bought an excellent EF and EMF meter from GQ (EMF-380) which I am using to test levels of EF, EMF and RF at home. I turned device on placing it 5 inch from the power line and it measured 350V/m for EF and 10Mg for EMF. Than I plugged in "Dirty Electricity Filter" and EQ device showed 400V/m for EF and more importantly !! 30Mg for EMF. Surprise? No. In grad school I was TA for the class called "Active filters design" and it is pretty obvious that simple filter cannot reduce the strength of the signal, it only could redistribute frequencies. However somehow Greenwave paper instead of the filter sell you the amplifier. What is important for your health is not something that people label as dirty electricity, but the strength of EF and EMF fields (especially when you expose yourself for a long time). So, sleeping 5 inch from the outlet could be dangerous. Sleeping 5 inch from the outlet with Greenway filter plugged-in would be more dangerous for your health

I cannot recommend this device enough for people who live in older ...
The apartment i'm in has brown power/dirty power issues in several of the older wall outlets. I use these, in combination with a surge protector and have had no issues with power fluctuations so far. A simple example is my android phone, which can use Quick Charge 3.0 standards - without the Greenwave device plugged in, my phone charges at a crawl using the charger i picked up from amazon (Aukley's 3.0 single slot model). With the Greenwave i have zero issues with my phone running at a optimal speeds for charging.I haven't had any issues. I cannot recommend this device enough for people who live in older apartments.

Great gadget to quiet amps
I was getting a loud 60hz hum from my laney tube amp. This gadget seems to have removed most of it. All in all a great improvement

Awesome company - awesome product!
I installed these in my house after using their Greenwave Broadband EMI Dirty Electricity Meter. The rooms that I thought would be bad (because of technology) weren't, but rooms like my bedroom in close proximity to the outside meter had very high EMI readings. I slept on a Bearfoot Grounding Mattress Panel prior, but I feel like my quality of sleep/wellbeing has improved.I live in a 40's era cottage that has older wiring (open grounds) and before ordering I emailed the company making sure I wasn't going to create other problems. Gene from Greenwave returned my email and we talked on a Sunday afternoon.I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the level of service from Greenwave!

They do work but will cost you money on your electric bill
I bought about 12 or so of these Greenwave Filters in the past year. I also bought the Greenwave EMI filter to measure the noise. The meter and the filters do work. The meter along with the filters are a great marketing pair for the company because if you start measuring with the meter you most likely will purchase more filters to keep lowering the measurement. They do work BUT as another reviewer stated they do consume power. I have verified his measurement and each filter will pull about 1.2 amps (or about 140 watts) each and the manufacturer does not mention this in the literature! Just be aware that they will absolutely cost you more money on your electric bill. Because the capacitors change the phase angle of current to voltage, a watt meter won't accurately show this. Look at the VA measurement and especially the current and you will see the same. I have also found that the performance is dependent on where you locate them. I have found that they work best at the end of the circuit but results may vary. Also some greatly reduce the noise and some don't depending on where they are located. I have cut back to about 6 filters at strategically placed locations but this is about 850-875 watts continuously 24 hours at day, 7 days a week and it will show up on my electric bill. Is it worth it?...maybe if you are willing to pay the cost.

Well this actually seemed to work.
Replaced an analog style washing machine with one of the new "efficient" digitally controlled ones. Unfortunately the washer shares a wall with my solar panel inverter and smart meter on the outside wall. this was causing the washing machine cycling and monitoring sensors to malfunction. It had been repaired several times thinking it was the equipment malfunctioning until it was discovered it was the electricity. We were having to run an extension cord to the other side of the house to get the washer to work properly. Tried various things ferrite rings of various mixes, power conditioners etc. These helped some but did not correct the problem. Tried the Greenwave filter this morning and the washer had a clean run. Will continue to monitor. May consider others elsewhere in the house later but for now this has resolved a big headache.

Doesn't work!
I bought a pair of these because there was a disturbance in the electricity which affected audio playback. I put one unit on the washing machine which was causing the line noise and the other on the audio device where I was getting pops. They didn't stop the pops.
