What should the consistency be like? Mine is watery, no cream substance. First time user so I am unsure

Its quite a thick vaseline consistency so need shaking before use

Is this non comedogenic? Thanks

Its a very good product and no on the Inkey reviews it does not clog pores. Hope that helps.

Does this remove waterproof mascara?

Yes it does. It’s very oily so breaks down waterproof mascara really well.

Hello hope this helps from Inkey Website. The Inkey List is indeed truly cruelty-free and has always been against testing on animals since it was founded. It also does not sell in countries where animal testing is required by law.
