You can’t get anything better than this item to change your oil. This was a backup item. I ordered the complete kit.

Do not buy for any Acura MDX
When buying this item make sure you are not buying this for an Acura MDX because the exhaust pipe is directly beside and the sme Mechanic shop that I asked to install this refused to install it. Then advised that the reason is when the exhaust gets hot it heats up this part to the point that the rubber o ring melts and then you get oil leaking all the time from this part . And customers tried to sue them and failed because the customer wanted the part and even tried to say the part was not installed properly when I. Fact the rubber melted from the exhaust pipes extreme temperatures so I would say a very poorly designed part for a poorly designed location

I lost my tool that came with the valve and I am grateful to get a replacement instead of another drain valve kit.
