Package arrived a day later than expected and was missing the two key rings that are supposed to be included. Otherwise product is brand new and as expected. Just disappointing rings were missing.

I'm a delivery driver in high-crime neighborhoods. No one bothers me but dogs can be a real problem. This hangs on a lanyard just behind my ID badge. I can access it very quickly. No one seems to notice it, either. Only downside is that its capacity is very limited (2 strong bursts, followed by weak bursts). This is more of a last-ditch self-defense tool, so make those shots count. Spray and run. Maybe you just want something "just in case" but don't want to carry around a bulky pepper spray can. Or, maybe you carry a firearm but you want a non-lethal option that's convenient to carry.
