There okay for hearing amplification
Works well if the volume is kept low and they don't interfere with my glasses. FYI, they do not filter out background noises, they will amplify ALL sounds in the room.

Overall a great product for seniors with a bit over average hearing loss. Bought it for my father and he's very happy with it. Easy to operate, at a fraction of the cost of what others claiming to be professionals charge. Thank you

Already better than what I have used for the last three years
I can tell these are better than what I’ve been using for the last three years. UPDATE 7/14/2022 - I seldom leave reviews on Amazon, much less update one; however, I am so happy with these K18 hearing amplifiers that I am doing it. I am self-employed and monitor computers from 6 AM to a little after midnight, seven days a week. Because of this, I often take cat naps to get the sleep I need and leave the hearing devices in my ears when I take those naps, so they are in my ears more than 18 hours a day. Wonderfully, I can do this without recharging them. I do not know how many hours they can go, but I know they go at least 18 hours!

I have been wearing the IBstone K18 Hearing Amplifiers on an off for a few weeks now and I am quite happy with them. Once I determined the most suitably sized domes (to eliminate whistling feedback) and optimum volume control for each ear I feel these are as good as my old Siemen's pair (which disappointingly failed after 10 years and were very, very lightly used and yet cost over $3000!!!) Furthermore, the added convenience of Hearing Devices which are barely noticeable and fit snugly inside the outer ear gives better piece of mind in sporting activities and when wearing glasses or headgear of any kind. If these units last 1/2 as long as my previous Siemen's pair then I received more than full value and would highly recommend them. The charging device only worked on one side so initially I had to recharge the devices in the functioning port one at a time side. Once I alerted the vendor and we determined the problem it was promptly replaced at no charge to me--thank you Tanya!The only reason a did not give it 5 stars is most users of this product are not only hearing challenged but possibly sight challenged so larger or colour-coded symbols for on/off, left/right, volume max/min would be handier and include a couple additional dome sizes (larger in my case) in the accompanying array.

Malo el Producto
Muy malo el producto no lo recomiendo pues a pesar de que primero ajuste el sonido para tener cuidado al ponerme los aparatos se escucha un silbido como de interferencia desagradable que puede dañar los oídos. No hay manera de ajustar el sonido una vez puestos los aparatos. Los probé una sola vez y con eso tuve para no querer volvérmelos a poner.

Want the the product to work.
Received the hearing aids and put the left hearing aid first and was happy but only for less than an hour and then the audio fades quickly. My happiness with the hearing aids faded just as the audio did. Not pleased after fully charging them before using them. Then tried to activate the warranty on the i stone warranty website. Copied the amazon order and pasted it to the order id and it claims that it was invalid again not very happy with things at the moment. Paid a lot of money and cannot even activate the warranty

They are bigger than they appear
They seemed smaller when I first looked at them online but when I got them and tried to use them they were too big for my ears and kept popping out and I was afraid of loosing them. But the sound and quality are great and charge quickly just too big for my little ears.
