Nice CCTV camera, SIM card missing
I have managed to test the camera and it does everything it says and more. I like it and as long as it will keep performing the way it performed during the test, I will be a completely satisfied user. I'm not a completely satisfied customer because it should have come with a SIM card which it didn't. In my case that's a big deal because it is part of the systems that I need to have in place and running properly to be insured. If I'm not insured I'm not able to gamble with the value of my tools and the value of the my customer's projects to move in this new place and start working which means I'm postponing my move and my obligations to my customers and partners. A few days of work is not cheap, which is what I now need, to have the right SIM card researched, ordered and delivered before I can start setting everything up. I would have had to do all that anyway to get the best deal, but I would have had something in place working until I would have found what I need. Customer service was no help.

Dont expect any customer service if you purchase this product
I bought this expensive product june 2022. After initial use battery died..managed to get it down recharge battery now unable to connect the camera to my phone or i pad!!!NO UK contact number!! you have to phone Canadian Number if you want to speak to human being rather than on line non sense..Tried email for the past few days and on line chats with No success!!lesson learnt; buy British or at least from a UK based company.very disappointed with eufy security...

Great idea and camera
What an awesome idea.Works very well when you need to monitor an area that cannot have wired or wifi access. I'm using it with a Tesco sim, and have added one of the Eufy solar panels to keep it charged up.Night colour vision is very good, and works with a nearby streetlamp so I don't need to use the onboard white light.
