These stay warm for a good 6-8hrs. They definitely help with cramps.

Works but needs activated!
These definitely do work, you might need to wiggle them a little like a “hot hands” pack, because at first when I took it out it was cold but wiggling them activated it. They definitely do last for the full 8 hours. They’re also pretty sticky I switched 1 from front to lower back & it still sticks pretty well. They could be warmer in my opinion.

These heat patches are absolute life savers. My daughter uses them for menstrual cramps and loves them. They stay warm for 8+ hours and really help ease discomfort without any mess or fuss. Good item.
Definitely helps. Wore it to disney day one of period and def helped. Even brought for my husband to put on his back incase it started acting up due to previous pain. Personally wish the heat was stronger but I get it.

as someone that really struggles with cramps, these are a game changer. Especially while I'm in school it's nice to have one of these on when my cramps are very bad on the first day. they stay pretty warm for up to eight hours. I would definitely suggest trying these if you were thinking about it.
