Great quality
This is a great NY style deli mustard. The texture is perfect (Not crunchy). Their spice profile is spot on. I've used it as is and have also blended with mayonnaise when needed. It's perfect either way and can be used with so many different foods. The price is acceptable considering the quality of this product. I no longer purchase grocery store mustard.

As good as Nathan's, which is hugely high praise...
When I was a kid my dad took me to Coney Island a few times. Back then it wasn't common for parents to shower their kids with presents or food, and that was doubly true if you were "eating out" in an amusement park. Besides getting a ride on the Cyclone, my two favorite treats that were available only at Coney Island were an Orange Julius and a Nathan's hot dog. if I had been really good, I might get both on a single visit to Coney Island. For me, the best thing about the Nathan's hot dog was the mustard. Years later Nathan's mustard became available in supermarkets and I was in heaven. Unfortunately, Nathan's mustard seems to have become unavailable for retail. I tried Ba Tempte mustard and was pleasantly surprised it hit all the flavor notes I was looking for in a Nathan's replacement. Even better, the samples of Ba Tempte mustard received from Amazon have always been fresher and not out of date, like the formerly available Nathan's might be. Ba Tempte mustard has recently changed from being available in jars only, to also coming in squeeze bottles, which is much more convenient for putting a dab on everything. After more than three years and perhaps a dozen or more bottles of Ba Tempte mustard, count me as a convert. I no longer look for whether or not Nathan's is available, as Ba Tempte mustard is great. Hopefully, this mustard will live on and not be discontinued. I give it my highest rating.
