FOXWELL NT204 OBD2 Code Reader Car Engine Fault Code Reader Support Multi-languages

The "1pc x CD (DTC Library)" was missing. This is important since this should contain a listing of the DTC codes.This was a selling point for me. Most OBDII readers are about the same when it comes to features and quality.My reason for choosing the Foxwell NT204 was the CD which was missing. After using the reader I would giveit an average rating. Since the CD is missing I can only give it one star.Update 2/14/2020: I have been trying to find out about the missing cd to now avail. The customer service is horrible. Registering the product does not help since now I am told the product is not registered. I tried to register it again and now do not know which website to go to, seems to be more than one. Tried on each website and am told the serial number is invalid. I took it directly off the scanner. Very slow response time from their customer service. I will stop here. My advice is not to purchase this product. Being a product that depends on technology chances are there will be questions, updates, etc. and it is way too time consuming and frustrating to deal with this company. In the end I still do not have the cd.

Plan on using this on my cars and any future vehicle I may be interest in buying to find out what wrong.

Works fine for what I need.

Does exactly what I needed it to do.
