Great energy..you feel like you are getting oxygen for the first time.
Does what it says.. I am in good shape before using this.., but I have no shortness of breath at ALL walking 6 flights of stairs after using this for a week. Got results in 24 hours, but really amazing after 2 - 3 days.

Good powder, bad packaging
I purchased this beet root powder to add to the smoothies I make every morning for me and my husband. The packaging is not ideal as the powder gets everywhere when you open the jar and you know how much beets can stain...well beet powder does too. Other than that, I like the convenience of getting the benefits of beets in an easy to use powder. I just wish that the packaging was better so as to prevent the mess.

Used this product as directed but experienced none of the claimed physical benefits. Powdery substance dissolves unevenly in water, resulting in unliquified globs. Persistent aftertaste.

Very good pure product
Very good pure product. I've found in order to get the effective benefits, I need to double the recommended serving amounts. Especiallyeffective when mixed with fresh spinach from your local grocery store and blended.
