Newport Jerky Company Bacon Salsa

This salsa was one of the best I’ve ever had! There were truly crab visible in it. Who’d knew that adding crab in salsa would be so good?!? Before opening the jar, I was expecting fishy smelling salsa but there was no such thing. The two of us ate it all in one night. The only thing we regret was not saving some for the next day. Highly recommend!

I found the Pineapple/Bacon Salsa to me largely missing the taste/flavor profile that could be expected. The pineapple was present in tiny, shredded pieces that offered no sense of having biting into pineapple. If the bacon was present in our 2 jars, it was a matter of bacon flavoring and not any sense of biting into any pieces of bacon. This was a most disappointing experience. I have had Pineapple Salsa from another vendor where there was a clear sense of having pineapple as part of the sensory experience.

I’m a big fan of flavor, not heat. I like pineapple salsas, but love this MANGO one. Great compliment & contrast for salty chips & on a good burger or kielbasa. Will definitely order more of this!

Wicked H Salsa with Habanero peppers is a perfect salsa to eat with lime tortilla chips. At first the heat isn’t noticeable but after a few dozen chips it lights you up with heat and lips are tingling. It’s definitely for those who appreciate the heat. Consistency is perfectly blended to small fine chunks that stick to the chips. I’ll be buying it again.

This salsa has an amazing flavor with just the right amount of mango in it. It is very difficult to find an all natural mango salsa or any mango salsa for that matter. I will be a definite repeat buyer of this product.

I had to move to Arizona to discover a salsa from my native Rhode Island? Thank you Amazon! There's a reason pineapple is listed first on the label, as it (the pineapple, not the label) mostly overpowers the bacon. That said, it's on my radar for a repeat purchase, but it's rather pricey so I may check out Newport Jerky Company's website for a cheaper price. Sorry, Amazon.

Jar is almost gone. Need to order more corn chips and sour cream.

This is so good it is addictive. I can honestly taste the tiny pieces of sumptuous crab.
