Exactly what I was looking for!
Today is my first day using the headset at work and I absolutely love it! The sound is nice and clear, and clients have no problem hearing me. I even tested it out by calling my cell phone to hear the clarity and it was great! No more cranking my neck to hold the phone on my shoulder. Also, I have had the headset on for about 7 hours straight now, and it is so comfortable and lightweight that I forgot I was wearing it at one point. Highly recommend!!

Exactly what I needed
I wanted to be able to hear clearly and be heard by clients, while being able to write at my computer. I have to do that continuously due to my type of job.These wired headset is exactly what I needed. Excellent sound, easy to connect and use, mic works just fine.I am really happy with this product.

Had issues BUT…customer service was great!
I purchased this for work because I have to be up and down checking inventory and being on the phone. I’ve had it for about a month. It worked great for about two weeks. It started connecting to the phone without prompting, along with muting. It cut off a handful of customers while I was talking to them. In the last week I have had to disconnect the usb and reconnect just to get the phone to recognize the headset. This is the first time I have returned something. It was a hefty price and I didn’t feel I should have to put up with this issue constantly. 12/9/22 Follow up from original review…. Customer service reached out to me after my review and sent me another to try out for free. They went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you!
