The media could not be loaded. This was a great TV mount for my new Fire TV 50 inch. My wife always wanted our TV mounted on the wall so that she could swivel it outward and watch it in the kitchen while she's cooking. This mount allows for just that.I recommend watching a video or two online to get a basic idea of how to install this thing. The instructions are pretty basic - just pictures - and if you have never done this before, just pictures isn't enough (at least not for me). I took off one star for that. Fortunately the VESA mounting system works for all VESA compatible TVs/Monitors. There are a LOT of options of course, and figuring out which one works for your TV is the only real hard part.The package includes a dizzying array of hardware to accommodate all the various VESA configurations. It also includes drywall expanders in case you can't find a stud - which I think is crazy! I STRONGLY recommend you DO NOT use these and mount this directly to a 2x4 in your wall! Once mounted on a 2x4, you can feel how solid and strong the hold is on this mount. I think drywall expanders would be dicey at best to hold the TV safely.To adjust the horizontal direction or to pull the TV out further from the wall is simple and easy. The motion is smooth and easy to do. Adjusting the TILT is not so easy and requires you to loosen two nuts behind the TV. That is the ONLY thing that is even remotely annoying about the operation of this mount. Though I really don't know if any other TV mount would allow for an easier tilt adjustment. Fortunately, I'm happy to set a slight downward tilt and don't foresee adjusting that at all.The mount has a good range of motion and can almost allow you to turn the TV at a 45 degree angle - almost - but not quite. I'd say it's more like a 30 degree rotation. But that's pretty good for today's wide screen TV's!Overall I think this is an excellent value and works perfectly!

We are using the is tv mount on the wall in our kitchen. We had no problem putting it up or using it. It swings easily and feels sturdy. Price was very reasonable, especially for the quality.

This Amazon Basics Full Motion TV wall mount is great. I did have to have my son help me mount it to the wall because it is quite heavy, but was well worth the wait for my son to come visit. The wall mount is so sturdy and it rotates from side to side and up and down smoothly, and holds my TV very securely. Just make sure you have wall studs to mount it because it is heavy duty. Once mounted properly it is very sturdy and easy to manipulate to your satisfaction. I would definitely recommend it.

Works great and can really hold weight. Easy install

Easy to put up. The only problem that I ran into was that the screws that mount the plate to the tv were WAY too short. Maybe just that my tv is an older one. I used the screws that were in those already. You do need to mount this to a wall joist. The stand all by itself is beefy, BUT when you place a tv on it, the pressures on those mounts must be tremendous. Love the mount though. Good price too.

This was a good purchase. Very easy to put together and seems very sturdy. I have a 43 inch TV on it. You only need one stud which really helps in placing it where you want it and less drilling. The best part is the almost limitless directional configurations. It moves around easily but is not loose so it doesn't move by itself. You can point your TV to the left or right and extend it from the wall over a foot away. It also lays pretty flat when you want to move it out of the way.Pay attention to the instructions. The pictures are small and there are no written descriptions. But overall, it was easy. I highly recommend for TVs from 50 inches down to 23 inches.

This is a great unit. Easy to install, the tilt and swivel features are very convenient for variable viewing.The price was great considering a wall mount for a 65 inch tv is like $ 149.99 at the hardware store and this product is the same as the overpriced store versions. Worked great, sturdy and solid.

Easy to follow instructions with a template for screw holes. Once you find one 2x 4, just align the template at the correct height, drill 4 holes into the 2 2x4’s with 1/4 inch drill bit. Mount the provided bar onto the wall and screw in the provides screws. Very sturdy!
