Q: Ordered the set of 40mm knitting needles, but it doesn't contain a us size 3. Do you have that needle?

The set includes 15 sizes, where you can find a list of sizes in the 2nd image. Please make swatch using needle 2.5 or 4. The gauge may work.

Q: Are these needles anodized? They look natural in color and it's not specified in the description.

I admit, I have no idea what anodized means, but they are black with "silver" points. They are smooth to the touch and don't bend easily.

Q: As a shetland lace knitter, i require sharp tips. i want to order the set of three (2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 mm). are they nice and sharp?

Unfortunately, I can't help you very much. The smallest needle I have is 3.75mm. It seems fairly sharp but I don't know how sharp you need. I mainly knit pattern sweaters and blankets. The needles do not split the fiber and that is what is important to me. I hope this helps a little. Good luck.
