Mainly bought it to gain weight and increase daily calorie intake.Thought chocolate flavour will taste good..But taste is not that great with water. Outer packing was intact, hence received the package without doubt at the moment.but when opened the container, internal seal was observed broken and it was appearing a tempering . Lost money to cheating, not using supplement

I used this when I started going to the gym and it worked really well for me that’s why I ordered it for my friends too. On is one of the best and most trusted brands when it comes to protien abd weight gainers. This time I ordered two packs for my roommates- one doesn’t see results probably he drinks and smoke more than he trains 😂 and the other hits the gym only once every 4-5 days. So yeah it’s definot the product’s fault. So just make sure you’re serious, ambitious and consistent with workouts.
