FrSky Tandem X20S Transmitter with Built-in 900M/2.4G Dual-Band Internal RF Module

I was always a spectrum guy and I found the gimbals very tall even after shortening them. The sticks on the 20s are short but can be risen if your prefer, The Gimbals themselves can even rotate. The screen on this is very responsive even with a screen protector on it ( purchased the screen protector separately). Its a huge learning curve but the OS on it is called Ethos and is fairly straight forward to learn especially with youtube videos. I also like the weight of the controller much heavier than my NX10 and feels as good as it looks and functions. 1 draw back is the neck strap on it its quite uncomfortable so if you plan to fly all day with it you may want to get another. Awesome purchase, happy I did it.

X20S is the best transmitter you can buy today, especially considering the price. 24 channels, super solid build quality, reasonably priced receivers, and the programming is so easy and not at all restrictive like other brands. If you can think it, there’s a way to program it. Having a nice touch screen with a high def screen is a huge plus and a big upgrade from my Spektrum transmitter. The absolute biggest reason to buy this transmitter, however, is the tandem transmission protocol. 2.4 ghz is no longer adequate by itself. The airwaves are becoming more and more crowded. So if you fly near a city like I do, interference will be a huge issue. The 900mhz back up is amazing because you’ll never lose control of your aircraft. It’s seamless and just works. Anyway, buy this transmitter and stop fooling around with other brands that charge way too much for way less features and reliability.
