Are the keys made of abs plastic or pbt & has anyone that uses this a lot noticed any unusual wear on the keys or parts of letters wearing off?

DONT KNOW WHAT MATERIAL IT IS...BUT A HEAVY USER AND NO KEYS WEARING OFF

This does not sit completely flat does it?

There is a slope upwards towards the top so it does not sit flat. My fingers enjoy dancing over these keys. It has a very pleasant touch and response.

I like the keyboard but it often double-spaces when I hit the space bar. Is this fixable, or do I need to return or replace this one?

How do i turn off fn keylock? i turned it on by accident and now cant turn it off

There is a button with a Lock symbol with a FN in the middle of it located at the top of the keyboard, above the BACKSPACE key. Press it to turn of the Function Keys. You will also see the light turn off on the Function Key Indicator Light located on the top right corner of the keyboard, just above the Asterisk (*) key in the numeric keypad. I had the same issue, so don't feel silly for asking, as it took me awhile to figure it out too!
