Confusing at first
My electrician came early to install this lovely light, afterwards I sat on top of my ladder to put on all the bling. The instructions aren't real clear but after laying out all the pieces it was a little easier to figure what went where. I also realized that even if I put something on the wrong hook, didn't matter that much as long as everything matches. It really puts out a lot of light and gives some real class to my kitchen.

Disappointed
The photo and video shows this light with a clear electrical wiring. This has a black wiring, and it looks terrible. Will have to pay the electrician to come back and remove it. I will need to order a different type of light. This is horrible.
