These are actually quite cool, work as stated - black when cold and your sublimated design when hot. Sublimated great. Only grip I would have is if your design is quite bold with black in areas this can show through the black when the cup is cold. Otherwise great, reasonable price too

Well worth it

Anything printed on these mugs shows through the black - Poor quality - Do not buy!!!

Although the colour heat change works well, as does the printing, 5 out of 6 cups arrived smashed, packaging is appalling at its best, wouldn't buy again.

My product is damaged and chipped I would like mu money back or reacement pleade and I got broken handle on one

These do what it says on the tin, combine with one of the many infusible ink sheets available or a printed image and you have a mug with a surprise when you fill the mug with hot liquid, not a negative in anyway but we have found that these work best with hot drinks made with boiling water from a kettle, as when used with drinks from a coffee machine ie Tassmo/Dolce Gusto the revealed image stays a little darker, not a negative in any way just something to be aware of
