scrubber and squeegee work well. Unfortunately 2 of the 5 purchased for our gas station fell apart in the first 2 weeks of use. Unger amazon page says lifetime guarantee, just not how to contact them about it...

Hard rubber. Streaked the glass.

Flimsy, rubber too hard.
Came apart within a week of use (the plastic parts holding the screws broke off). Also the rubber was too hard to do its job well. Replaced this with a shower squeegee from Ikea, which does a better job for a fraction of the price.

Quality of product is a little light for repeated industrial use. Would not recommend if you are purchasing for an everyday use item.
