Steps: Open the Bluetooth function of your computer -- find 'QBOX' under the Bluetooth function -- click connect to use it. 2. Use the 3.5mm jack and connect your computer to the speakers using the 3.5mm cable included in the package.

What is the sound quality of this little speaker?

QBOX sounds really great!I own a JBL FLIP 4, and I think this mini is a good comparison to the JBL. Even the QBOX is only 39.99! It has 2 speakers in it, so it has 360° surround sound (some brands only have one speaker, there is no surround sound) Very happy with my purchase!

Can I use this as a speaker and microphone for zoom calls ?

I haven't used this on Zoom. Depending upon your device, you might be able to connect a Bluetooth device. Sorry I can't be more help.

Can I make and receive calls though the speaker

Yes, it acts as a handsfree device. I bought 2 and paired them. Very good for the money - The shiny top is the bass woofer, take care of it, one squash and it's game over.
