BGA-Blue Green Algae is incredibly helpful to the mind and body. It is super rich in oxygen and it helps both hemispheres of the brain communicate. It greatly improves memory and mental clarity. I finally went back to tablets which are so much better because I am not swallowing any more capsule material and it has no bad smells from capsules. I realize many people say this BG Algae is nonsense, but I know I feel more energy with it, think better, and actually can play guitar much better when I take it. Cuts heal faster too, I have no idea why. I also take more if I plan to have a few drinks since it seems to reduce the effects of the drinks. The key to me, whether this has any effect is that you have to have good intestines/colon condition or it does not get absorbed so a cleanse comes first. Secondly, if you have some serious disease (which I found out with other people) it also tends to have no effect that you can feel. I take a lot of supplements, most of the others I hope they are doing something, this one I can actually feel results. I take 3-4 tablets first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, sometimes I take 5-6 if I think I need a big boost for the day. Myabe a couple of ours later another 6. I also suggest you buy Source Naturals brand (this one) because it is important how this obtained and I trust Source Naturals.Bottom line, I have first hand knowledge that it has a positive effect on my brain and energy and mood. I have been taking this stuff for many years. Do not take at night unless you want to sleep. The label says take one, but I doubt most people do. I do know that has to start with one before working up to more. Realize anything you eat or drink is at your own risk.

Love this product & the seller is great! Aquamarine type algae are the best way to get calcium and omega type oils. I take 3 different types, the blue green, red, brown (kelp). This calcium does not affect the arteries while other calcium blocks them and is not as effective. Amazon has been slow on deliveries, and it makes me consider ordering elsewhere. Not happy with Amazon lately!

This product arrived on time and does make my hair and nails grow faster. Supposedly this is a super product and it keeps your immunity up, I have not gotten sick since I started using it and I live in a highly populated area and do go to college. My counselor recommended it to me as she has been using it for years. I guess it works. Also, it provides close to 40% of your daily recommended amount of protein in one tablet. However, I'm not a doctor so before you start using it, consult a physician, especially if your pregnant or about to get your spouse pregnant.

BEST VALUE. I've been eating super blue-green algae since the early 90's. It really works - keeps me healthy. I'm 64 and people think I'm in my 40's. Any algae that comes from Klamath Lake is fine - there used to be just one and it was very expensive. Now there are dozens, and this is the best value of actual algae for the money. I've tried many of them. This one is just freeze-dried tablets, one per day serving. Not capsules which make it pricey. Take the whole bottle as directed before you decide whether it's helping. Most significant to me is the immune system protection of all the antioxidants and trace minerals. I rarely get sick, and if I do it's much milder than those around me. Plus, I love the energy boost in the morning. I take it with breakfast.
