Amazing value for the money. Easy assembly and looks great in any room. Slim design lets it fit into a space that is restricted. The sound quality is second to none. Does not come with a stool, but this is sold separately. All in all, am amazed at this instrument and the quality and feel for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  I ummed n rrrd whether to get this and ought to have waited I am a beginner and after several weeks of use I find the sound isn’t too great sounds like I’m playing an organ when I attempt to play Beethoven’s moonlight sonata. I wanted to work on harmonising notes but this isn’t helpful. I can’t say it’s a joy practising chords and when I listen to online workshop lessons it’s only okay to hear sound similar to theirs with right hand from middle c and higher. I’ve started practising playing Beethoven piece I am learning an octave higher as octaves below middle c don’t sound great so it’s putting me off. I am slowly managing to learn the three pieces of music I aim to play alongside the initial book pieces having completed the primer hook but it’s not enjoyable for me and i would say it’s slowed down my desire to undertake my daily 30 mins practice. I can’t really understand how to change settings or change the tone of the keyboard as the instructions aren’t helpful. Bought the connection to link iPad to Yamaha app it helps to bring up recorded tunes but I’ll be darned if I can work out how to utilise the the lessons Yamaha provides. The music pieces are plentiful but most are too advanced for my level of learning in the end I signed up to a separate play and learn at your own pace Beethoven’s moonlight sonata course which has been a fluke to find that is helping me tremendously as I don’t find the Yamaha book helpful for newcomers which was again a disappointment considering this purchase was influenced by the fact it is geared for beginners upwards. The actual product once put together is quite a sturdy and decent looking keyboard. I have yet to buy the seat as that is sold separately though I did see with alternative similar keyboards they include the stool. I can’t say much about pedals the sustain pedals I use is working fine I’m not at the level yet to use the other two pedals that’s later on in my separate beginners piano book that I am learning from alongside the initial book I’ve progressed to and started when I purchased this product. I do like the slow closing lid though and it fits neatly in the flat in he only space I had available and doubles up great as a worktop desk perfect for when I am studying on MacBook. When I eventually complete the online go use beginners book progress to grade 1 I shall have to look around for a better product to continue my learning journey. For me it’s not been worth buying and I doubt I’ll ever get to utilise the products built in provision I just use the app now to record occasionally to see how terrible I sound lol. I’d not recommend buying unless you know how to make use of the Yamaha. Delivery was fast and they couriers were most helpful and the product is very well packaged. Sadly my first and will be my last time buying this brand.
