Can this be used to charge a 24v NiCad aircraft battery?

If you look at the pictures of this unit, it CLEARLY STATES, in red, on the bottom-left side "For Sealed or Filler Cap Lead-Acid GA Batteries ONLY - NOT FOR NiCad"

I live in rhode island which has no tax on aviation. can i purchase this without being charged tax?

Where are the connectors?

Connectors are not included. You must purchase the battery connectors or the alligator clips depending on how you want to connect to your charger. I purchased the battery terminal connectors that stay on the battery itself. I park the plane and simply plug it in. Works great!
