This is my third BatteryMINDer for Concorde batteries, I let the last ones go when I sold the aircraft. I finally got a new one for my new plane, these chargers are an absolute must for getting every bit of life out of your expensive airplane batteries. My new plane has dual batteries, and I found that BatteryMINDer even has a splitter to keep both batteries charged and desulfated. I was intending on having to buy two chargers, one for each battery, but this charger and the splitter work perfectly. Robinson Helicopters pre-wires the R66 Turbine for this charger, of course they use a proprietary plug and charge $200 more for the charger. This was how I discovered the brand, there are some cheaper but none maintain and desulfate the way this one does. It's worth the extra money, especially when you consider your batteries cost thousands of dollars.

Does exactly what it's supposed to do...safely charges and maintains an aircraft battery. Instructions are clear and easy to use.

I bought a Cessna T192T ordering charger to keep battery maintained ready to fly. Battery (located in tail fuselage of plane) was found to be a Gill battery during annual / not pre-buy inspection; Concorde battery’s have different voltages, thus charger could not be used with Gill battery. I called manufacturer in New York, I was informed unit could be returned, for a nominal fee they would reprogram to work with Gill battery. I sent unit to them (brand new, power cord still factory coiled and tie wrapped). I rec’d a phone call a few days later with questions about return, why, any problems, etc. I explained my stupidity in not knowing battery when unit ordered; gave my CC, a few days later I rec’d a new correct charger for my battery. Great service from manufacturer, very supportive and very fair in working with me as my time had lapsed for returning unit from time I purchased airplane to annual date. Cannot sing praises enough for how unit works nor how I was treated with adjustment to secure correct charger for my Cessna T182T from the producer / manufacturer. Best charger and service in market today.

Keeping my airplane battery topped off while down for maintenance

I have Concorde battery in my Bonanza that was getting a bit tired and seemed like it was losing some energy density with age. New batteries were way backordered so I decided to give this unit a try to see if the claims of desulfating would worked. I left the battery tender on the plane for about 3 weeks and it has made a big difference. Cranking the big continental is no problem and the battery shows no sign of struggling with the starter as it had before I used the Battery Minder. I'm sold!

Great charger. States it can be left plugged in and charging continuously, but there is some data suggesting that intermittent use prolongs battery life. I have elected to place an outdoor timer inline to turn on the charger three times a week for 12 hours charging of my Concord aircraft battery.

I bought this to replace an older batteryminder (one with buttons you had to press to start charging). The old one claimed two of my old 24V Concord RG24-11M batteries were weak. This one charged and desulphated them but did not say they were weak. Hopefully that is because it did a better job of rejuvenating them. (I keep the old ones around and charged in case the current one goes dead suddenly.)

This Battery Minder has really improved my battery since I started using it. There's definitely more power available on start up and it reaches the minimum N1 so much quicker than before. Very much recommended
